Carlisle Tournament Rules: • Games will be played at Lindhardt Park (South Park) or North Park. * Pitcher get 10 innings for the tournament • Games will be 1 hour and 30 minutes with a new game starting every 1 hour and 45 minutes. • No new innings will be started after 1 hour 30 minutes. • Umpires are directed to start the games on time. Once a game is finished, the next two teams need to be ready to take the field to start the next game on time. • There will be a coin flip to determine which team is Home/Visitor. • The team designated as home team will keep the official scorebook and will track and report innings pitched to the concession stand. THIS IS A MUST!!!!!! • Scorekeepers will confer after each inning. • Every pitcher is limited to nine (9) innings for the tournament, but no more than six (6) innings per day. If a pitcher pitches three (3) innings or less in a game, he may pitch the next game. If a pitcher pitches four (4) innings or more, he must wait one game before pitching again, even if the next game is the following day. One pitch in any inning constitutes an inning. • Pitchers will be allowed five (5) warm up pitches each inning. A new pitcher entering the game will be allowed eight (8) pitches. • Pitching distance is 46 feet. • The complete roster will bat. All innings will consist of three (3) outs. • Bunting is allowed. • There will be NO on-deck circle, so therefore there will be NO players allowed to swing a bat outside the dugout. Only the batter up should have a bat. THIS IS FOR SAFETY REASONS!!!! • No big-barrel bats are allowed. • May steal after pitch crosses home plate. If a player leaves early, this will result in the player being called out. • Championship game(s) will be six innings with no time limits. • All other rules per Little League rulebook. • Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. Umpires can eject coaches, players, and fans. If a player or coach is ejected during play, an automatic suspension of one additional game will apply. • Please clean the dug out after each game. • Tie Breakers in order: Best Record, Head to Head, Runs Allowed, Runs Scored, Coin Flip • Contact: Dan Clark at clark.dan@principal.com and 989-0999 Creston Tournament Rules: 1. Pitching distance is 46’ 2. Bases are 60’ closed. May leave when the ball leave the pitchers hand. 3. No drop third strike. 4. Pitchers may pitch 10 innings for the tournament. Coaches will keep track of innings pitched. 5. Report all scores to the tournament director or the tournament table. 6. You play 9 players and bat 10 with an EA NO penalty for only batting 9. No DH will be used. Must have 7 players to start the game. 7. Games will be 6 innings or 90 minutes. No new inning can start after the 90 minutes. 8. Big barrell bats are allowed. 9. We will play round robin Saturday and championship play on Sunday. Guaranteed 4 games based on 8 teams. 10. Mercy rule in effect will be 10 after 4 innings. 11. Have your team ready to play and we will run according to the schedule and may run early if teams are ready. 12. Please turn 2 baseballs and your 12 man roster into the tournament table before your first game. 13. Admission : Adults $3, age 6-12 $2, 5 and under free. 3 coaches and all players free. 14.
